In 2007, Joe Mooneyham, Kim Berry and Kelly Pope Karow decided to join forces in an effort to provide their clients with aggressive, compassionate and excellent legal services. The firm's emphasis is civil trial litigation and offers the ability to handle a variety of matters because each of the different experience and expertise each attorney brings to the firm. <p>Joe Mooneyham has been handling plaintiff's litigation for over twenty-two years. He has represented victims of medical negligence, defective product failures, worker's compensation, automobile collisions, and other serious accidents. His practice has now expanded to include defective construction cases. <p>Kim Berry comes to our partnership after extensive practice with Wilkins and Madden and as a solo practitioner in the family courts of our state. She previously practiced in Savannah, GA with a large personal injury firm, where she handled defective products cases, medical negligence, and mass tort litigation, so she has experience in all areas of civil trial work. Further, her experience in resolving business issues in family court offers us the opportunity to assist you with business-related litigation if you have that need. <p>Kelly comes to our partnership from Babb & Brown, P.C., and has practiced in all the courts of our state since 2001. Kelly will represent clients in all areas of litigation, and has experience in construction litigation, both residential and commercial, nursing home negligence, worker's compensation, automobile collisions and other serious personal injury litigation. | |
